The developer of RV Altitude Condo is Roxy-Pacific Holdings Limited, a renowned Singaporean property and hospitality group.

RH Capital Two Pte Ltd, a subsidiary under Roxy-Pacific, will be responsible for the development of the freehold project RV Altitude.

Listed in the Singapore Exchange since 2008, Roxy-Pacific is the owner of the iconic Grand Mercure Roxy Hotel and Roxy Square Shopping Centre, both of which are located in the East Coast of Singapore.

Roxy-Pacific was found in May 1967 and has been in the business of residential property development for more than half a century.

Residential properties developed by Roxy-Pacific include Liv On Sophia, Whitehaven, Straits Mansions and Eon Shenton.

This latest District 9 new luxury condo launch of RV Altitude in the heart of River Valley follows after their successful launches of Arena Residences, 120 Grange and The Navian. Roxy-Pacific is also looking to launch a District 11 freehold development near Novena MRT   at the same time. The name of the project is named Fyve Derbyshire, which is within 1km from the 2 prominent primary schools of SJI Junior and ACS Junior.

After the condo launches of RV Altitude and Fyve Derbyshire, Roxy-Pacific will be launching Wilshire Residences – a new freehold condo at the prestigious District 10 which is near Farrer Road MRT, and within minutes drive away from the bustling Holland Village, Orchard Road and Dempsey Hill.
