Roxy-Pacific to buy freehold residential site for S$110 million
A freehold site at River Valley, between the condominiums Verv @ RV and Wilmer House, has been bought by Singapore developer Roxy-Pacific Holdings.
The cost of acquisition of the residential land, which has an area of 28,798 sqft, was S$110 million.
The land plot, with a plot ratio of 2.8 under under the 2014 Master Plan, was acquired through a subsidary of Roxy-Pacific, RH Capital Two.
